Sun Valley Adaptive Sports, (SVAS) uses sports and recreation as a means of therapeutic rehabilitation and healing to enrich the lives of people with disabilities. If you are interested in full-time or part-time internships with SVAS you will have various opportunities working with children, teens, and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. SVAS also provides therapeutic programming for service members wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan.

We are looking for interns with experience in some, but not all of the following: skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, rafting, cycling, hiking, fishing, camping, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, waterskiing, wake boarding, and rock climbing. If you are a highly organized, motivated person who has exceptional communication and computer skills; easily handles challenges; and enjoys working in a team environment, we need you!

There are plenty of opportunities to use your gifts, skills, and talents to help others.  Best of all, you will have fun, make great friends, explore the great outdoors, and enjoy a life-changing experience.
